As an Operations Customer Service Professional, your primary responsibility will be assisting the Operations Team with incoming service-related inquiries via phone and email. You will also be required to investigate said inquiries and communicate the information back to the customer in a timely manner. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Essential Functions:
- Customer service: Answering high-volume phone calls/emails
- All residential billing aspects (quarterly bills, auto cc payments, late notices, monitoring credit hold customers)
- Paperwork for other departments as needed
- Perform other job-related duties to assist the Operations Team as assigned
- Data entry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Basic computer skills that include the ability to send/receive e-mail messages, post information to a database or spreadsheet and perform basic processing, bookkeeping and/or data entry
· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously
· Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
· Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
· Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner, in person, via phone, or in written correspondence
· Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals
· Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment
· Experience using Microsoft Office programs
Requirements:
· Eligible to work in the U.S.
· High school diploma or GED
· 1-3 years in an office setting as a customer service representative, billing clerk and/or receptionist
