We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Support Administrator to join our team. This role is technical at its core, requiring extensive experience in IT administration, including Microsoft, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic MSP environment, supporting multiple client types with varied IT infrastructures.
This is a hands-on role that requires troubleshooting complex systems, optimizing IT environments, and delivering high-quality technical support.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid IT environments.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Support and optimize server, network, and virtualization technologies across multiple client environments.
- Monitor, manage, and resolve IT service requests, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including endpoint management, compliance policies, and identity protection.
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to enhance IT operations and infrastructure reliability.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventative maintenance for diverse IT environments.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of networking and security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and remote access configurations.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal knowledge sharing.
- Extensive experience in IT system administration with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and networking fundamentals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Experience with firewalls, security policies, and network configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
- MSP experience or familiarity with supporting multiple clients simultaneously is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
