What are the responsibilities and job description for the Distance Learning Coordinator position at Syracuse University?
This position is responsible for coordinating all training activities of Southeast ADA Center, including, organizing, scheduling, logistics, and presentation. It also coordinates scheduling and guest communications for ADA Live! podcast. Also, assisting webcourse learners with log in issues, obtaining CRCC and CESP credits, course development. Develops and reviews training resource material, managing project email, and provides one day of technical assistance each week via phone and email, and managing and updating technical guidance letters.
The Southeast ADA Center, is one of ten centers in the ADA National Network. The center offers training and technical assistance to promote voluntary compliance with the ADA, including information about the rights and responsibilities of people with disabilities and the rights and responsibilities of businesses, as well as state and local governments to provide equal opportunity and full inclusion.
