Maintenance Technician -Part time Position Available
Syringa Property Management has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for experienced Maintenance Technician. Bring your tools and knowledge to join our team in Sheridan, WY.

Our technicians need to have solid experience working with minor plumbing and electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting, and will be accomplishing interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and some janitorial work as a member of our team. We are an equal opportunity provider.
General maintenance duties include: (Not all -encompassing)
- Process and complete maintenance work orders timely
- Landscaping/Grounds maintenance/Snow Removal
- Maintenance Turnover on all vacant units for rent readiness
- Exterior lighting and security
- Monitor fire alarm system
- On call for emergencies after business hours when needed
- Property cleanliness
- Assist Community Site Manager with inspections
