Responsible for managing or performing work in some/all of the following areas: • Analysis of internal financial information (e.g., profit loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.) • Financial evaluation and modeling of potential investment opportunities, impacts of financial transactions and corporate development activities • Analysis of external economic conditions and their impact on business operations (e.g., inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, etc.) • Mergers & Acquisition transaction execution (e.g., strategy, due diligence, negotiation, definitive documentation, and integration)

Hiring Requirements

SUMMARY:

Position reports to Segment Finance leader and is responsible for analytics and decision support to Sales.  Role will include financial reporting and measurement, analysis of key metrics and their impacts on the P&L.  Also, the position will provide timely communication and collaboration with Sales leaders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts performance analysis on TRS & LCC customers
• Develops MDA provisions that drive customer behavior and positive P&L results
• Reviews all LCC/TRS accounts and prioritizes accounts with P&L opportunity
• Collaborates with functional leaders to develop paths to harvest P&L opportunities
• Collaborates with Field Finance regarding corrective measures needed to derive accurate accruals
• Coordinates communication on P&L issues within and among HQ and Field
• Participates in the recruiting and training of associates
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative background required
• Work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling
• Previous sales finance experience preferred but not required

ABILITIES AND SKILLS:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Self-starter that is detail oriented
• Strong computer knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook programs.  MS Access experiences a plus
• Ability to analyze information and draw conclusions
• Ability to handle matters of a confidential nature
