JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Controller and Assistant Controller in ensuring the accurate and effective operation of the accounting function. Responsible for various accounting and clerical functions, including special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processes expense reports and invoices
• Assists with preparation and input of Journal Entries.
• Inputs and submits weekly and monthly packages.
• Performs internal contract compliance/pricing audits
• Sets up new vendors and completes the change of vendors in the system as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of Accounting

Skills

• Strong 10-key and data entry, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, basic math skills.
• Experience with the AS400/Infinium systems a plus.
