Job Description
This position requires a skilled mechanic to perform routine maintenance tasks on our fleet vehicles, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of parts. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle systems and components, as well as experience working with electrical and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular inspections on all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Identify and diagnose problems with vehicle systems and components, and perform repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including documentation of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or 4-6 years of experience in a related field preferred.
- ASE certifications in Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks; EPA section 608 (Core & Type II) and 609 HVAC & Refrigeration Certification also required.
