ry:The Leave of Absence Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing and enhancing case management processes within the organization. This role involves conducting in-depth data analysis, providing insights for decision-making, and collaborating with various departments to improve client outcomes and operational efficien

- ies:Analysis: Analyze case management data to identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvem
- ent.Custom Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Prepare reports on leave utilization and trends for management rev
- iew.Collaboration: Collaborate with leave analysts and leadership to implement best practices and optimize case management workflows including conducting cross vendor and active claim aud
- its.Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews of case files to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requireme
- nts.Policy & Procedure Development: Assist in the development and refinement of case management policies and procedures including return to work transitional program and self-reporting through Work
- day.Training: Provide training and support to case management staff on data interpretation and process improvement. Provide leadership to team of Leave Special
- istsService Delivery: Participate in cross-functional teams to address complex cases and improve service delivery and business accountabil
- ity.Benchmarking: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in case management and data analy
- sis.Escalated Leave Request Support: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of employee leave requests, including FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation and other leave policies. Ensure timely and accurate case management. Investigates claims of abuse or misuse. Maintain accurate and confidential records of all leave ca
- ses.State/ Federal Regulation Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies regarding leave of absence. Stay informed about relevant legislation and best practices to provide accurate adv
- ice.Colleague Return to Work Process: Work closely with HR, payroll, and management to facilitate smooth transitions for employees returning from leave. Coordinate with healthcare providers and legal counsel as nee

Qualificat
- ions:Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, healthcare management, or a related field (Master’s prefer
