- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive account penetration.
- Monitor and evaluate Sales Consultant progress, providing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
- 3-5 years of sales management experience in B2B market segment preferred.
- Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and developing individuals and teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional interactive skills.
- Ability to work with others proactively and constructively.
