Job Summary:
Syscom Business Technologies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Service Coordinator to manage service tickets, coordinate resources, and ensure efficient IT service delivery. This role serves as the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and vendors, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized and excels in communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing service needs and issues.
- Manage and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, tracking progress across teams.
- Maintain documentation, update configuration items, and support process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineers and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT service coordination, preferably in an MSP or IT support environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) platforms (e.g., Autotask, ConnectWise, ServiceNow).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote support tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT Support helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of PSA tools like Autotask.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
