Responsibilities
We currently have a great opportunity available for a Analyst I, Sales Systems. The Sales Systems Analyst I is responsible for the administration of Sales System’s Life Cycle including solution planning, analysis, design, build and test phases ensuring all deliverables are met in a timely manner, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics Sales Customer Relation Management (CRM), Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to improve sales organization processes. Leverage resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to sales systems and processes as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Provide support in sales system escalation and resolution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Percentage of Travel: 10%
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years’ experience in Microsoft dynamics configuration/administration required.
- English proficiency.
- Prior experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Excel skills preferred.
- Business and technical understanding of relevant technologies and systems required.
- Some level understanding Service (SaaS) environments, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, Microsoft ASP, or Microsoft .NET desired.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience presenting to various levels throughout the organization preferred.
- Previous system implementation experience desired.
- Experience working with global teams a plus.
