JOB DESCRIPTION :
5 years of experience in Product Management Lean Portfolio Management or Project Management with a proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
Experience in Payments and / or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
Indepth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
Proven record of accomplishment managing large complex products with multiple partners
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization internally and externally
Ability to engage and influence technical and nontechnical teams in a global organization
Ability to predict and identify risks / opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
Excellent written & verbal communication
Problemsolving organizational and analytical skills
Kthe nowledge of financial services industry banking industry and associated products is a plus
Bachelors degree in business administration Industrial Engineering Computer Science or Marketing is highly preferred.
