JOB DESCRIPTION :
- 5 years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with a proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
- Experience in Payments and / or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
- Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, internally and externally
- Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
- Ability to predict and identify risks / opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
- Excellent written & verbal communication
- Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Kthe nowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred.
