Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new clients and logos for SysMind. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that focus on expanding our service offerings and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to revenue growth and the overall success of SysMind.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients within industry (IT consulting, staffing, and technology solutions).
- Generate new business opportunities through their current book of business, cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers across multiple industries.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively showcasing SysMind's services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior management to set goals and establish strategies for business development and market expansion.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, and provide detailed reporting to senior leadership.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technology solutions, and client needs.
