Overview : We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to support the migration of ITSM services from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, Release and Change Management , and some experience with ServiceNow or Remedy tools .
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the migration of ITSM services (Change, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and CMDB) from Remedy to a new ServiceNow instance.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to the client base (development teams).
- Provide training sessions and handholding support to teams to prepare them for the shift to the new ServiceNow instance.
- Assist in testing the new ServiceNow tool to ensure processes are correctly implemented.
- Work closely with the Organization Central Management (OCM) stream to align migration activities with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation of migration activities and changes.
