Job description :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
- 3 years related experience in a technical business environment focusing on Information Management; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Hands-on technology background dealing with complex application performance and information infrastructure issues
- Development experience with database or application integration technology
- Proficient in SQL, Databricks / Python or equivalent data management tools
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent communication skills including oral and written presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to focus resources on meeting commitments to clients
- Previous experience in managing outside large relationships with vendors / providers preferred
- Demonstrated successful performance in vendor management, and developing and managing all aspects of infrastructure development that significantly impacts business results preferred
