Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced engineer to implement and engineer Intune, MECM, CMG & CDP platforms for SysMind Tech.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create Windows 10 Autopilot deployment profiles and configure out-of-the-box experience settings and regional settings.
- Enroll and deploy assets via Autopilot.
- Maintain workstation images for use across the organization.
- Test and update images to ensure they meet end-user needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on PowerShell scripting knowledge.
- Experience with ITIL Framework and incident and request management.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Good understanding of remote management and Remedy/Service Now.
- Excellent customer handling skills.
