  • Effectively works within Agile Scrum teams, acting as Scrum Master when called upon leads the defect management process.
  • Good Knowledge of Kronos tool.
  • Supports business users in planning and executing user acceptance testing.
  • Develops and reviews final Test Summary report, obtaining business stakeholders' sign-off for promotion to Production.
  • Facilitates testing-related development activities, guiding System testers, cooperating with Test Shared Services and Release Coordinator for testing automation, regression, performance.
  • Reviews HL requirements for clarity and testability
  • Responsible for developing all test plans, scenarios, scripts execution of all test procedures and processes.
  • Determine testing needs for quick turnaround component / features long term testing needed.
  • Design, create and execute functional and non-functional test cases.
