Qualifications:
Experience:
· Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the digital transformation, analytics, or technology consulting services sector.
· Proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing client accounts, and delivering digital solutions in a technical consulting or service environment.
Technical Skills:
· In-depth knowledge of digital technologies, including data analytics, machine learning, AI, business intelligence, and digital transformation.
· Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
· Strong understanding of digital processes, including data visualization, predictive modeling, and automation strategies.
· Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and data management solutions.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related fields; a Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
