What are the responsibilities and job description for the Route Supervisor - Cleveland, OH Area position at System 1, Inc.?
System 1, Inc. is searching for a reliable employee to fill a Route Supervisor position in the Greater Cleveland, OH area for commercial sites. Includes company vehicle and cell phone. Hourly pay is dependent upon experience. The successful candidate must have a solid work ethic, be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Will also need to have some on-call availability for emergency situations.
Availability: Monday-Friday (mostly evenings)
Responsibilities:
- General janitorial--Trash removal, cleaning restrooms, low/high dusting, and floor cleaning; including but not limited to vacuuming & mopping large areas.
- Maintaining safety and security of facilities.
- Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas.
- Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards.
- Following company policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Some multi-site commercial janitorial experience is required. Employee must be able to climb ladders and tolerate frequent bending and lifting.
