An energy client of ours is looking to hire a Billing Specialist!
Responsibilities :
- Collect billing info from field locations and ensure accuracy.
- Verify customer contract requirements before invoicing.
- Ensure third-party support accompanies invoices.
- Create billing templates using Coretrac system.
- Send invoices to clients via mail or EDI.
- Prepare monthly billing summary and process delivery tickets.
- Provide customer service, administrative, billing, and data entry support.
- Collaborate with collections team to resolve invoice issues.
- Address disputes by communicating with clients, sales, and operations.
- Process credit memos, cash advances, and credit card payments as needed.
