Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist / Office Assistant with 3-5 years of experience. The role will involve front-desk reception duties as well as providing administrative support to various departments, including assisting the marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a background in handling event logistics such as trade shows or conferences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and vendors with professionalism.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and route them accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with creating, proofreading, and formatting marketing materials.
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events, conferences, and travel.
- Handle social media management tasks and support marketing initiatives.
- Order office supplies and assist with office equipment issues.
Requirements :
Salary : $50,000 annually
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Schedule : Full-time, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
