  • Contract position; contract can be extended; contract to hire is possible.
  • The job is on-site with a HYBRID work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of [ 620 Liberty Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 ]

User Experience Designer :

  • Work on design initiatives for Private Banking and Wealth Management digital applications
  • Create and implement digital money movement tools for private banking applications
  • Develop low, mid, and high fidelity designs using Figma
  • Gather and translate requirements from various stakeholders including business sponsors, subject matter experts (SMEs), users, and business analysts
  • Create and maintain design documentation and specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent user experience

    • Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

  • Experience with Figma and related UX / UI design tools
  • Experience in creating low, mid, and high fidelity designs for complex financial applications
  • Requirements gathering and analysis skills with ability to translate business needs into effective design solutions
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful UX / UI projects, particularly in financial services or similar complex domains
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and accessibility standards
  • Proven understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and techniques, with demonstrated ability to incorporate these into user interface architecture and design
