What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accountant position at System One?
System One is seeking an experienced Account. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Reconcile accounts and provide variance analysis
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits
- Provide support to management and other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification preferred but not required
- At least 2 years of accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
