System One is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a long-term contract position working onsite located in Monticello, MN.
This position will require a candidate to work fully onsite starting at 7:00 am CT.
The Administrative Assistant will support the staff are needed at the Monticello location to support the electrical facilities maintenance groups.

The Administrative Assistant will support the staff are needed at the Monticello location to support the electrical facilities maintenance groups.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties.
- Resources will be opening and printing out all the paperwork for the next day(s) work that the people in the shop are going to be performing. Packages contain work instructions, procedures.
- Scheduling in Outlook.
- Entering of expenses (receipts and expense work).
- Interacting a lot with people to be able to be able to handle those needs and all those needs are going to change from day to day; it's not going to be a repetitive or boring job for them.
- The admin staff is then responsible for scanning that paperwork into the system and file it away.
- Interacting a lot with people within the plants, more specifically electrical and mechanical maintenance groups in addition to partnering with existing admin staff.
Daily Tasks:
- Look through email to see if there's any new requests or any communications that came in that they need to be aware of to start off their day, then there's a daily 15-minute meeting where the supervisor/manager of that team will sit down with the team and go over what they're doing for the day.
- Sit in on meetings to see if anybody needs assistance with those items.
- Schedule that the team has for the work that they're going to perform in which they are required to look up the tasks that they're going to be performing in the next couple of days in print, as mentioned earlier.
- Once printed, those tasks are then put into binders so that the maintenance groups are all ready to go.
- Essentially, the maintenance personnel can pick up their packet of paperwork to go out in the field and do work.
- Managers/supervisors would be stopping by to ask for help/support on other ad hoc tasks.
- Maintenance personnel are done with their work, the paperwork/binders/packets are to be signed off on by the leader.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Must be willing to conduct a nuclear background screening
- 2 years of experience with general administrative experience.
- Experience working with ad-hoc reports
- Must be proficient in and have general knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools.
- SAP work management experience is nice to have, however, not required.
- Dress code – Casual environment; jeans/t-shirts fine. Closed toed shoes are required, however (no sandals/flip flops).
- Ability to be re-directed and have prior experience with changing gears and shifting priorities.
- Must be well organized.
- Must have experience with filing, scanning.
- Experience supporting small to larger 30 person teams.
