This is a hybrid role which requires in office work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays and remote work on Monday and Fridays.

System One is currently seeking a Billing Specialist / Designer (hybrid) on a 12 month contract position located in Eau Claire, WI.
Billing Specialist / Designer Responsibilities:
- Data entry, communication with internal and external customers.
- Work with limited supervision within a small team.
- Will be using various software including, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Adobe, and Excel to respond to customer needs and work with several internal departments to get projects started and completed.
- Work closely with two other individuals on the process and may interact with up to 100 designers, helping build packets, track payments and manage service installations.
Billing Specialist / Designer Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam is a plus.
- Background in design, business or accounting is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diverse background in accounting, business, construction management or GIS.
Duration: 12 months
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Pay rate: $27-30/hr
