Responsibilities:

Introduce the company’s skin care line to retailers and distributors.

Develop sales strategies to meet business goals, including maintaining and increasing online sales.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.

Oversee product distribution logistics, including import/export processes and order management.

Present and lead sales presentations, participating in trade shows across the US.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of experience in the sale of cosmetics, skin care, and luxury beauty brands, including sales management, marketing, and brand development expertise.

An established network of distributors and retailers (book of business).

Proficiency in social media, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations.

Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and knowledge of hyaluronic acid products

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey product value and brand vision.
