Responsibilities
- Support the management of procedural documents throughout their lifecycle.
- Assist subject matter experts with mapping and defining process, then converting them to formal procedural documents
- Understand and advise on correct use of various procedural document types
- Review/edit documents for compliance with the GSS quality system and documentation requirements
- Demonstrate excellence in writing clear, concise business-related documents
- Demonstrate excellence in the application and use of good grammar and punctuation practices as well as attention to detail
- Must be logical, analytical and process-driven
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic, challenging environment
- Possess confidence and poise to work with associates at all levels
- Demonstrate solid background in quality assurance or business process development
Requirements
- BA or BS degree
- Minimum of three years business writing experience, preferably in an IT environment
- Familiarity with Documentum-based document management systems
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
