System One is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team onsite in Monroe, NC. This is a 6-month contract opportunity supporting a leading specialty metal manufacturer. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and be capable of performing a variety of administrative duties within the Human Resources department, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and staffing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for recruiting and staffing activities, including candidate travel reimbursements, uniform administration, PO creation and maintenance, retiree processing, service and award processing.
- Compile internal candidate listings and assist with scheduling and proctoring sonic testing.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding by supporting orientation, creating DT service tickets for new hire accounts, and assisting with all related tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee electronic files, submitting and maintaining documents as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks aimed at improving departmental processes and support special projects as needed.
- Provide general HR support and perform other duties as assigned.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 1 years of HR administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree
