About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Analyst – Level II to join our team. This position will play a critical role in supporting and maintaining the Environmental Management System (EMS) and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and internal safety standards. The primary focus of this role is Environmental, with particular emphasis on air and water waste management.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the implementation and maintenance of the site EMS and environmental objectives.

Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations including waste management, storm water, air and water quality programs.

Collect and report environmental KPIs at site, business unit, and corporate levels.

Conduct site inspections, incident tracking, and support environmental audits.

Manage and maintain HSE data platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

Prepare training assignments and track completion using the Cummins Learning Center.

Assist with HSE-related presentations, reports, scorecards, and trend analysis.

Support the coordination of HSE workshops, team meetings, and in-person events.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related technical/scientific field required.

3–5 years of relevant HSE experience.

Demonstrated experience with air and water waste programs.

Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and EMS implementation preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

Strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience performing root cause analysis and corrective action planning.

Familiarity with regulatory compliance tracking and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
