Responsibilities:
- Maintain critical facility utilities, HVAC, boilers, chillers, and water systems
- Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring they operate efficiently
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on GMP/pharmaceutical equipment.
- Respond to alarms
- Monitor Building Automation Systems
- Conduct daily utility inspections
- Assist with spare parts procurement
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- HVAC Training preferred.
- General electrical wiring/installation
- 3 years of Maintenance experience (HVAC)
- Building Management System experience
- GMP experience/documentation
