Responsibilities:
- Maintain critical utilities and GMP/Non-GMP equipment (HVAC, boilers, chillers, water systems, etc.).
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on GMP equipment.
- Respond to alarms 24/7; participate in on-call rotation.
- Develop and update SOPs for maintenance.
- Monitor Building Automation Systems; address issues promptly.
- Conduct daily utility walkthroughs and troubleshoot equipment.
- Supervise contractors and manage maintenance work orders.
- Assist with spare parts procurement and attend required training.
Requirements:
- 2-year technical school degree or equivalent experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- HVAC Training preferred.
- General electrical wiring/installation training preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, or with an equivalent trade.
- Building Management System experience (Siemens, Johnson Controls) a plus.
- GMP experience/documentation skills a plus.
