Objective
A specialty distributor seeks an Inside Sales/Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will connect clients, manufacturers, and sales staff while contributing to company growth through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Master our product catalog to bridge communication between customers, field representatives, and internal teams
- Conduct account reviews to uncover enhancement possibilities and suggest tailored solutions
- Oversee customer support workflows, maintaining service excellence and key performance metrics
- Expand revenue streams by showcasing offerings to the existing client base
- Facilitate order fulfillment and provide backup to field sales personnel
- Deliver professional representation through all customer touchpoints
- Resolve client concerns through active listening, clear information exchange, and effective problem-solving
Requirements
- 1 yrs customer service proficiency
- Background in sales support, account management, or comparable role
- Superior interpersonal and client relations aptitude
- Proven track record in persuasive communication
