- Process FDA audits
- Manage a Quality Control Team
- Effectively influence actions and opinions of others
- Possess 3 years in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, process development, and troubleshooting
- Minimum of five years’ experience working in a Quality function at a food or dietary supplement manufacturing facility
- BS Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering or related field of study
