Recruiter (Call Center Recruiting)

System One is seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Call Center Recruiter to join our client. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our growing call center operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a keen ability to identify candidates who thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified call center candidates.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
• Assist in employer branding efforts to enhance the company's reputation as a great place to work.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma
• 3-6 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

Job Location: Hybrid schedule located in either Eau Claire, Minneapolis, or Denver.
*Must be willing to work onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Contract Duration: 6-months
Pay Rate: Will depend on location and experience
