Description:
• For this role we are looking for a RIM Technical Analyst that also has experience in Litigation Support.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to ensure alignment of technologies with records retention objectives.
• Maintains an understanding of relevant Records and Information Management industry standards, best practices and technology.
• Provides technical support in developing functional requirements, implementing, and maintaining existing and future technical solutions
• Collaborates and assist with the planning, analysis, implementation and maintenance of new technology and related methods pertaining to Records Management
• Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators for RIM across the organization
• Participates with business units in problem resolution related to RIM efforts
• Supports the assessment and analysis of business units' adherence to records retention policies and processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify any compliance gaps and develop a path forward to compliance.
• Support execution of day-to-day activities related to the identification and preservation of information potentially relevant to legal matter(s), including: liaising with OGC to identify business units and custodians relevant to legal hold notifications; coordinating with business units to identify locations of potentially relevant information; working with technical contacts to identify system capabilities to support preservation requirements; maintaining documentation and communicating status, potential risks and/or issues with RIM and OGC.
• Support execution of day-to-day activities related to the release of legal holds, including support to business and Technology system owners in resuming routine retention and disposition practices upon the release of a legal hold.
• Prepare drafts and/or draft revisions of procedures, processes, playbooks, and other documentation related to legal hold management, identification, and preservation activities, as well as system capabilities to support preservation.
• Compile, prepare and analyze data to be used to monitor the population of information and/or systems subject to legal hold preservation requirements to be periodically shared with the organization's stakeholders and leadership.
• Support efforts to evaluate and implement technologies to support OGC’s legal hold and eDiscovery objectives and requirements, as well as RIM related technologies.
