In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while identifying, selecting, and hiring the most qualified candidates to fulfill project-specific needs as well as comply with federal and state legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and conduct preliminary interviews for potential candidates.
- Coordinate site interviews with hiring managers to assess qualification and extend contingent employment offers in compliance with federal and state law.
- Manage assigned employment requisitions, including reviewing, editing, and approving finalized job postings.
- Track and analyze staffing plan processes utilizing various software programs, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Develop and update job descriptions to align with project goals and requirements.
- Proactively communicate with employees about re-deployment initiatives well before anticipated end dates.
- Oversee operational and administrative processes of the hiring procedure, including background checks, drug screenings, health screenings, I-9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, and employment paperwork.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly master a Tracking Management System.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for collaboration, communication, presentation, and team building.
- A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Well-versed in employment laws and compliance standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sourcing or recruiting administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
- Experience in Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, and/or the Industrial Construction or Nuclear Industries.
