Responsibilities:
- Review high-level tax returns for clients
- Ensure individual and business tax returns are completed accurately and on time
- Mentor and coach staff members
- Gather and analyze tax-related information from clients
- Maximize tax benefits by examining tax situations from various angles
- Network to build relationships and attract new clients
- Bill clients for services provided
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax in a public accounting environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA required
- Strong leadership skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated to helping others grow and develop
- Strong tax research skills ensuring knowledge of current tax industry rules and regulations
- Skilled in problem-solving and identifying issues
- Great attitude with a strong work ethic
