Utility Work Order Processor (Hybrid) Lakewood, CO System One is currently seeking a Utility Work Order Processor (hybrid) on a 10 month contract position located in Lakewood, CO. Work Order Processor Responsibilities : Responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary actions are completely efficiently. Work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists as needed. Reviewing and processing backlog work orders. Communicate with other coordinators and stakeholders. Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress. Work Order Processor Requirements : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel n the Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.) Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed. Strong communication skills. Team-oriented and adaptable. Prior experience in customer service is a plus. Experince working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required. Experience with work order management is beneficial. Relevant work experience is preferred. Duration : 10 months Location : Lakewood, CO Pay Rate : $25-27.50 / hr This is a hybrid role which requires Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in the office and Monday and Fridays remote.
