Focus and execution will elevate short term and long term success   Job Responsibilities:   Lead and direct the traditional marketing channels to include, but not limited to, direct mail, magazines, and newspapers Ensures successful planning, execution, and optimization for core KPIs across managed marketing channels, including CPL, CPA, and ROAS Manage, monitor, optimize and report on all traditional marketing channel performance Closely collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure a comprehensive omni-channel approach across traditional, digital, and peripheral channels Enhance automations and personalized touchpoints to ensure customer experience is always high Directly oversee campaign execution and optimizations in direct mail and other traditional channels in order to meet channel performance expectations, including but not limited to lead and appointment goals Having a testing strategy to ensure that we are making the most of every campaign and deliverable Manage/serve as primary point of contact for multiple external marketing agencies Closely monitor channel level marketing performance with a growth mentality and understand when to maximize market opportunities   Experience & Skills:     3 years of direct response marketing experience Experience in Direct Mail and other traditional broadcast channels such as newspapers, magazines, radio, television, podcasts or others Demonstrated experience in effectively analyzing marketing data, interpreting trends, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance overall marketing performance A history of setting, tracking, and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) in direct response marketing, showcasing your ability to drive tangible results through data-driven decision-making Ability to collaborate and operate closely with multiple other marketing channel managers and creative teams Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, people-oriented attitude Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and/or creative reporting tools Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically Passion for growth and life-long learning   Our employees enjoy:    Competitive compensation – base salary of $70k to $80k DOE Full benefits including health, dental vision, life, and a 401K Continuous education and career development Ample opportunities for financial and career growth in an industry that’s booming   Apply now at SystemPavers.com/careers.   As a Marketing Coordinator at System Pavers, you will see visible results of your work, and everything you do will make a difference to the success of our entire company.
