Business Analysis Supervisor

The Business Analysis Supervisor will lead a small team of 2 Business Analysts in providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure peak productivity and performance. This role will include 80% individual contributor tasks and will collaborate with internal service providers and customers to analyze business needs, document requirements, and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise business analyst team while performing analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business problems, document needs, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Write clear, concise technical and end-user documentation, including requirement specifications and traceability matrices.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements, propose recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree substitutes for 1 year of experience; Bachelor’s degree substitutes for 2 years.
Experience:
- 4 years as a business analyst (leadership experience preferred).
- Proficiency in modeling and representing requirements in both textual and graphical forms.
- Industry experience in non-profit or related will be given priority consideration.
