S³ Inc. is seeking a Program Senior Analyst to help support our STORM programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Description:

The Extended Range GMLRS Program Senior Analyst will be the SETA support to the Guided MLRS (GMLRS APM). Primary area of responsibility is the Extended Range (ER) GMLRS and its integration efforts for varying warheads/payloads.

Also manages and tracks daily program execution, coordinates with STORM personnel, maintains and updates program schedules, interfaces with the prime contractor, and informs PGMR management of status and issues. 

Responsibilities

·         Leads the ER-GMLRS Development IPT and participates in functional level IPTs. 

·         Defines and plans the execution years and POM years for the RDT&E and Procurement budgets.

·         Leads the ER-GMLRS Development IPT and participates in functional level IPTs.  Develops UFR descriptions, anomaly requests, reclamas and impact statements related to the RDT&E spend budget.

·         Develops, tracks and updates RDT&E spend plans for the budget execution years and the upcoming year.

·         Coordinates and contributes to major acquisition documentation and milestone documentation including Justification and Approval (J&A) for sole source contracting, Acquisition Strategies, and Acquisition Plans. 

·         Informs the GMLRS production team on issues related to transition to production.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree and 25 years of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 23 years of relevant experience.

·         Possess a Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.

·         At least five years of hands‐on senior level experience in one or more functional areas of DOD/service program management and integration offices.

·         At least five or more years of experience developing and tracking budgets and spend plans.

·         At least five or more years of experience developing and defending programmatic and technical assessments for key Army/OSD programs.

·         At least five or more years of experience providing responses to critical internal and external taskers on DoD programs.

·         At least five or more years of experience developing technical briefings, supporting technical/programmatic meetings and working groups including management of action items.

·         Some experience with Army rocket and missile programs is highly desirable.
