Key Responsibilities
- Track progress for store installations and follow up on service needs.
- Place work orders and provide support for store issue resolution.
- Monitor, update, and maintain work order systems and related files.
- Prepare and distribute reporting on service status, usage, and productivity.
- Update and manage project trackers for store openings, closings, and remodels.
- Review and validate loss prevention plans for new and remodeled locations.
- Assist with tracking and recovery of assets for store closures or relocations.
- Provide data and reporting for loss prevention statistics.
- Participate in training new team members on operational processes.
- Offer feedback to enhance efficiency in loss prevention operations.
- Support scheduling and coordination of event-related guard services.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticket resolution, IT, software/system administration, or related areas.
Special Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel with formula-driven reporting.
- Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, or Service Channel is highly preferred.
