Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of grand opening activations for various retail locations.
- Support event programming, creative marketing initiatives, and vendor coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing plans.
- Manage email marketing, vendor support, and legal documentation related to grand opening events.
- Coordinate with Category Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Store Operations, Field Marketing, and Communications teams to align activation strategies.
- Ensure all activations adhere to brand guidelines and provide an engaging customer experience.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or brand activations.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
Special Requirements
- Ability to travel regionally as needed to support grand opening events.
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on event schedules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as email marketing platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail in event execution.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
