Marketing Specialist

Overview
As a neutral liaison within the marketing team, the Marketing Project Specialist will oversee all phases of project management, from planning to execution. They will proactively identify potential setbacks, facilitate seamless communication, and ensure collaboration across teams to drive project success.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Project Coordination:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project timelines across multiple marketing channels.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Proactively identify and address potential setbacks to meet deadlines.

Collaboration:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects efficiently.
• Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment.

Problem Resolution:

• Resolve conflicts and manage competing priorities.
• Prioritize tasks and resources to maintain progress on multiple projects.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in project management within marketing or related fields.
• Strong experience managing projects across multiple marketing channels.

Special Requirements

• Familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar work management software is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.

Additional Desired Characteristics

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and display ads.
