The Scrum Master / Agile Coach will play a critical role in facilitating Agile Scrum processes and supporting the Digital Marketing development team within the organization. This position is key to driving collaboration, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The individual will also contribute to the organization's SAFe transformation efforts and serve as a mentor to team members, fostering a culture of agility and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile principles, SAFe framework, and best practices.
- Participate in PI planning sessions and facilitate breakout sessions to align team objectives with program goals.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to ensure synchronization across teams.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Identify and address obstacles hindering team progress, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Support the Release Train Engineer (RTE) in meeting planned PI objectives.
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrum events and coordinate with global teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and organizational standards for project management.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects as a project manager.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).
Special Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce implementations and an understanding of sales and support processes.
- Proficiency in project management and Agile tools, such as Microsoft ADO.
- SAFe and Kanban certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills in a global team environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices, including the SAFe framework.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail with a big-picture perspective.
