This role will shape the user experience of our products, ensuring they are intuitive, innovative, and aligned with our vision. If you are passionate about creating designs that solve real-world problems and have a track record of delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities : User-Centered Design : Champion the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.Visual and Interaction Design : Create polished, pixel-perfect designs and engaging user interactions that enhance the overall experience.Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into design solutions.Research and Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.Design Systems : Build and maintain scalable design systems and components to ensure consistency across products.Innovation : Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh ideas and approaches.Qualifications : Experience : 5 years of professional design experience, preferably including time in a startup environment.Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and impactful results.Tools : Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).Skills : Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a strong understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.Communication : Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to stakeholders.Teamwork : A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across disciplines.Education : Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field is preferred.Please send 3-4 page resume to viyer@
