Systems Technologies, an industry leader since 1994 and one of the largest employers in the Hayden area, is looking to hire an entry level technician with a computer related knowledge base. We manufacture high tech equipment and software for the healthcare industry and are seeking a trainee to join our team. You will resolve computer software, hardware and network-related issues for our clients in addition to learning and diagnosing our full line of electronic and wireless equipment which can be viewed at www.wirelessnursecall.com.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with computer and other hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically by remote access
- Enter and track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Education or experience in IT or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good keyboarding skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour
