Required Qualifications of the LAN Administrators:

- Experience with mobile workforce and data communications.
- Technical knowledge and experience with computer hardware, software applications, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of LAN and WAN network protocols.
- Associate degree, CompTIA A or MCSE Desktop Infrastructure certification or three or more years’ experience and/or combination preferred.
- Provide support and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot PC and Local Area Network problems.
- Work in multi-platform environments with multiple business areas.
- Assist with end-user support and answer support tickets.
