HR Support Analyst

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HR Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to employees by addressing HR-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions across various functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, HR systems, and policies.

Required Qualifications of the HR Support Analyst :

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of HR generalist experience, with knowledge across HR functions (e.g., benefits, payroll, HR systems).
  • Experience in a customer support or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work under time constraints.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
  • Desire to embrace technology as a means of improving service delivery.

Responsibilities of the HR Support Analyst :

  • Customer Support :
  • Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.

  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of HR issues, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Use system tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • HR System Guidance :
  • Assist employees with self-service tools within the HRIS for tasks such as updating personal information, accessing pay slips, and managing benefits.

  • Identify recurring issues or trends and recommend process improvements to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Collaboration and Escalation :
  • Escalate complex or technical issues to HR subject matter experts or the HR technology team, ensuring follow-up and resolution.

  • Work with HR teams to develop resources, FAQs, and training materials to improve the employee experience.
  • Process Improvement :
  • Identify trends in inquiries and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Support During Critical Operations :
  • Serve as a Core Support Services employee under the HR Business Continuity Plan, providing assistance when client operates under this plan.

    Work Location : Onsite
