HR Support Analyst
SYSTEMTEC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused HR Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to employees by addressing HR-related inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive employee experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions across various functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, HR systems, and policies.
Required Qualifications of the HR Support Analyst :
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Associate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of HR generalist experience, with knowledge across HR functions (e.g., benefits, payroll, HR systems).
- Experience in a customer support or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, take initiative, and work under time constraints.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
- Desire to embrace technology as a means of improving service delivery.
Responsibilities of the HR Support Analyst :
Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems.
Assist employees with self-service tools within the HRIS for tasks such as updating personal information, accessing pay slips, and managing benefits.
Escalate complex or technical issues to HR subject matter experts or the HR technology team, ensuring follow-up and resolution.
Identify trends in inquiries and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Serve as a Core Support Services employee under the HR Business Continuity Plan, providing assistance when client operates under this plan.
